Whitney Houston and Dana Bash

Whitney Elizabeth Houston was born to a musical family on 9 August 1963. She was born in Newark New Jersey the daughter of gospel singer Cissy Houston (nee Emily Lee Drinkard) and John Russell Houston Jr. and cousin of singer Dionne Warwick. As a young girl, Houston started performing professionally in her church's choir. She sang backing vocals for Chaka Khosns 1978 single Im Every Woman with her mother. In 1981, she briefly was a model and appeared on the Seventeen album cover. She also provided the backing vocals for Jermaine and Lou Rawls. Her first gig was as a featured vocalist for the funk group from New York, Material as well. It was her quality of her work as a vocalist in the band that caught the attention of the major record labels, including Arista with whom she signed in 1983 and where she stayed for the rest of her career. In 1985, the debut of Whitney Houston was the best-selling debut album ever. It featured a number of hits like How Will I Know You Give Good Love Saving All My Love For you and The Most Beautiful Love of All. It was instrumental in her achieving seven US chart-topping singles consecutively, a feat that was more than the Beatles. The album sold three million copies in its first album's first year of release in the US and went on to achieve a worldwide sales of 25 million, earning it the very first one of six Grammies. The Whitney album followed in 1987 and the singles Where Do Broken Hearts GO and I Wanna Dance With Somebody helped to expand on the popularity of her debut album. But it was the 1992 film The Bodyguard that solidified her status as one the world's most loved performers. The movie and her role as a character was not appreciated, but the soundtrack and her rendition to Dolly's I Will Always Love You were charting for months on the charts and she sold over 44 million albums and singles worldwide. Her daughter Bobbi was born in March in 1993. This was the year she got married to Bobby Brown. Around this time that her widely documented drug use began and by 1996, she was a regular user.

Dana Bash also known as Dana Ruth Schwartz is an American reporter anchorwoman as well as political correspondent for CNN. She has produced shows for CNN, including Evans & Novak' Late Edition' and Inside Politics'. Bash has been awarded the Women in Washington Power List honor from Elle magazine. Bash is renowned for her remarkable anchoring skills and her reporting abilities are loved by the younger journalists. In her personal life the graduate of George Washington University is a doting mother to her only son. She has got married twice. Her current relationship is not formal. Bash has a love for her followers with all of her heart. That's why it's no surprise that the American journalist, Bash is very active on social media platforms including Instagram as well as Twitter. She is constantly keeping her followers updated with all the most recent happenings in her life.
