Miss Columbus 1985 and won the crown, kissing the crown and defeating every competitor. On June 15, 1985, Miss Georgia was to be named in her honour. Mohr also took home the title on June 22nd, 1985. Mohr later went on September 1985 to compete for Georgia in Miss America 1986, a pageant that was hosted in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Mohr was, however the top 10 finalist in the Miss America national title.
