  Jacques Bermon Webster II (born April 30 1991) more popularly known as his stage name Travis Scott (formerly stylized as Travi$ Scott), is an American musician, rapper and songwriter. He is also a record producer. The stage name he uses is the amalgamation of the name of his beloved uncle, and the initials Kid Cudi (whose real identity is Scott Mescudi), Scott signed his debut major-label contract in 2012, with Epic Records. He signed a joint record agreement with Epic Records and T.I. He's signed to Epic and T.I.'s Grand Hustle imprint. Scott's first project that was full-length the mixtape Owl Pharaoh, was self-released in 2013. In 2013 Scott self-released his debut full-length album, called Owl Pharaoh. Then, he followed it up with Days Before Rodeo in 2014. Rodeo (2015) was his first album of studio work. It included the smash song "Antidote". The second album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was a top one on the Billboard 200. Scott dropped Birds in the Trap: Sing McCKnight (2016) alongside Quavo under the collective name Huncho Jack. In 2018, Astroworld was released to critical acclaim. The album produced his first Billboard Hot 100 top 100 single, "Sicko Mode" feat. Drake. Scott's album JackBoys was released in the latter half of 2019 by Cactus Jack Records. It was a top 10 hit on the Billboard 200. Scott's single "Franchise" which featured Young Thug, M.I.A. and other artists, was released. Scott was the first rapper to make it to first place on the Hot 100 with three songs within a mere one year.
