Rachael Cook

 Rachael L. Cook (born on the 4th of October 1978) is an American actress. She has appeared as baby-sitters in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (99) and Josie and the Pussycats (192001). She has also appeared in the television shows Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart and Robot Chicken are her voices. She also voiced a variety of characters on Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Cook was born in Minneapolis (Minnesota) and is the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook and JoAnn Cook, both of whom are comedians as well as a social worker. She is of Italian descent. Cook was able to make her public service announcement while in foster care at seven years old. Cook also began modeling as a child print model by the age 10 and was featured on national commercials for Target. She attended Clara Barton Open School in Clara Barton, Laurel Springs School in Minneapolis, and Minneapolis South High School.
